How to root Samsung Galaxy S5 using Odin?

  • Download Odin 3.09 package 
How to? 

 

  • Turn for the activation of the download mode. Power down the Galaxy S5 > Press Power and Home keys while press and hold the Volume down key. For a warning alert with a yellow icon, you can push Volume up to reset the download mode correctly
  • Go to the download Odin file and unzip it now
  • Open the Odin3 exe file from there via administrator
  • Fix the USB code to the computer and the next side to the Galaxy S5
  • Now go to the interface and you will be able to see Added note there. If not, your connectivity is not a proper. use another USB cord either reset the USB port
  • Click the AP button from the right side button list
  • This step is to browse the root tool for Odin. When you extract it with downloading steps, it will convert to a tar format. Since Odin can only recognize tar files, it is important to check whether you drive this step clearly
  • So, enter the CF auto root to the tool download section
  • There are two options that you must enable before drive the process. So check F.Reset Time and Auto Reboot selections are marked
  • And finally go to the Start Key
  • Odin interface has to show the Pass/Fail result in the result panel
